What can I expect if I attend?
The cohort groups run for eight weeks and allow for deep self-exploration and peer support. Included in the group are emailed weekly journal prompts to reflect on in between meetings.
In addition we host 2 social get togethers for the group - attending a sporting event, bbq's, hike, etc. These are meant to add another dynamic and layer to the relationships being built.
Who is this group for?
This group is for men who are in any stage of navigating a divorce or significant relationship ending. For most people the lengthy emotional, logistical, and legal processes take a major toll on their wellbeing. Many men feel isolated and overwhelmed. The cohort is a space to share and hear personal experiences, gain knowledge & practical tools, and build new relationships.
What does it cost?
The full fee for the 8 week group is $800, charged in $400 increments. Sliding scale slots are available based on need.
What about confidentiality?
A vital part of creating a safe emotional space is having group agreement to confidentiality of identities and experiences shared. While we cannot guarantee full confidentiality, we make every effort to reinforce this throughout each cohort.
